Over time, I held several global leadership positions at SAP, including Global Vice President and General Manager for Procurement Solutions and Global Vice President and Head of Portfolio Go to Market.

One of my core objectives was to bridge the gap between innovation and monetization. Historically, new enterprise products took nearly twelve months to generate revenue.

By restructuring the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and execution models, we reduced time to revenue to just ninety days.

We introduced new B2B and B2C SaaS business models, commercialized SAP’s digital business unit, and repositioned underperforming products. These efforts transformed zero-revenue offerings into a forty-one-million-dollar revenue stream.
